Deep red/purple in colour, the Shiraz has a very lifted, floral nose with dense blackcurrant and blackberry fruit at the fore, along with some liquorice, chocolate and choc/berry notes. The nose is quite primary and fresh. The palate has a thick core of briary, tarry, dark berry fruit with some licorice and chocolate. The wine displays good length with some lovely chewy tannin and a nice bit of quality sweet oak on the finish.Alcohol Volume: 14.50%
