The clean juice is fermented cool to trap the aromas and flavours of the wine. We bottle the wine young to take advantage of its youth. Vegan. The cool 2020 vintage has produced a wine with the slightest blush of pink. The aromas are all about the orchard – white blossom, red and yellow apple.
