Pretty in pink, the SELECTION 23 Rosé is fun and flirty and knows how to stand out in a crowd. Made from a luscious blend of Shiraz and Sangiovese grapes, this rosé has the best of both worlds and isn't afraid to show it. The delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, balanced by zingy acidity and gorgeous length, will have you captivated as you watch this beauty blossom before you. Winemaker Notes: The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed with the juice drained off directly to provide a delicate pink juice. The juice was then fermented cold in stainless steel using an aromatic yeast strain. A small amount of residual sugar was left in the wine to balance the acid on the palate. Some Pinot Grigio was back-blended to add freshness and optimal colour. The wine was bottled early to maximise flavour and freshness.Alcohol Volume: 12.50%
