Creating such a rum involved the work of the Master Distillers' Collective hand selecting only the finest 280 barrels previously dedicated to Ageing extra smooth American Whiskey. These heavily charred barrels, deemed perfect for premium aged rum were then filled with Bundaberg's finest 7 year old reserves and matured until it's peak of quality and flavour.
